With this GPS-guided, self-propelled, remote-controlled robotic water rescue life preserver – The Hover Ark H3 remote controlled lifesaving buoy, rescuing a drowning person has never been faster, simpler, and more effective. To rescue a drowning victim, rather than jumping into the water which may incur risks for the rescue operator themselves, the rescue operator only needs to throw the Hover Ark H3 remote controlled lifesaving buoy into the water, and navigate robotic buoy to the victim. The strong motors, coupled with built in powerful battery allows it to almost flying on calm or rough water, and can carry back the drowning person.

Remote Controlled Lifesaving Buoy
No need to jump into the water to get wet, and take risks from now on. Simply throw the H3 remote controlled lifesaving buoy into the water from the shore, boat, or helicopter, and use the remote control to navigate it to the victim, and then carry the victim back.
Lightning Speed of Lifesaving Buoy
To reduce drowning deaths, speed is critical. The Hover Ark H3 remote controlled lifesaving buoy can rush to the victim at a maximum speed of 18km/h, which is already times faster than 50m or 100m freestyle swimming world champions. It also retains a speed of approximately 7km/h when carrying the person on its back.
Lifesaving Buoy Can Save Many Lives
With a payload up to 200kg, the Hover Ark H3 remote controlled lifesaving buoy features a strong buoyancy that equals several regular buoys. It is therefore capable of not only rescuing one person but also is able to offer help to 4 persons at a time. With two grabbing the side handles while the other two holding onto the middle beam, the remote controlled lifesaving buoy can safely transport them to a shore.
AGAINST WINDS AND WAVES
The remote controlled lifesaving buoy’s powerful propulsion and course correction mechanism ensures that it can run against waves in the ocean (withstand 4~5 levels of wind and waves), and go upstream in swiftwater while maintaining a stable and reliable performance.
AUTOMATIC RETURN
By using the automatic return function, the Hover Ark H3 remote controlled lifesaving buoy will always make sure it can return to the user safely whenever the communication signal was lost for over 15 seconds. The operator can also manually make the lifesaving buoy return anytime simply by hitting the click-return button.
