According to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, the customer has the right to withdraw without justification and return the product within 14 days from the date of receipt. The product must be in its original condition, must not have been used, its packaging must be intact (sealed), and it must include the original contents. Return costs shall be borne by the customer.
In the case of a defective product in terms of functionality (DOA), the customer has the right of withdrawal with a refund or replacement of the defective product with a new one, or replacement with another model of their choice at a corresponding price (for price differences, communication with the store is required) within 7 days from the date of receipt. In this case, the return costs (and/or the cost of the new shipment in cases of replacement/exchange) shall be borne by the customer.
In the case of a damaged product, the customer has the right of withdrawal with a refund or replacement of the defective product with a new one, or replacement with another model of their choice at a corresponding price (for price differences, communication with the store is required), provided that the product is inspected upon receipt in the presence of the carrier (it is noted that the carrier is obliged to remain during the unpacking process). In this case, the return costs (and/or the cost of the new shipment in cases of replacement/exchange) shall be borne by the customer.
In the case of incorrect shipment of a product, which is due to the Company or its suppliers/partners, the customer shall have the right to return the product within seven (7) days from receipt. The product must be in excellent condition, must not have been used, its packaging must be intact, and it must include the original contents. In this case, the return costs shall be borne by the customer.
